  38. TLCPak10 is a windows (3.0 standard or enhanced) program which may be used 
  39. as a frontend to PKZip (a shareware program from PKWare) or used as a 
  40. stand-alone compress\decompression program.  The program can be used to 
  41. take advantage of nearly all of the functions available from PKZip.  The 
  42. program comes with two stand-alone compression routines.  One routine 
  43. (optimize for size) generally compresses 5% greater than PKZip.  The 
  44. second routine (optimize for speed) will compress 5-10% less than PKZip.  
  45. All routines allow encryption, multiple files, comments for each program, 
  46. comments for the file, save no/full path name, date selection for compress 
  47. file.  Same registration fee schedule as TLCFind.
